I need a fan COLD?

Does anyone know of a regular style fan that blows cold air almost as cold as a portable AC? I'm moving to a small trailer that sleeps six. The CA that is in the trailer is not running on the same voltage as everything else in the trailer and where they were staying does not pay for cable 220. I am looking for any idea for a fan (as Lasko and LG) to keep the trailer cool enough for me to stay there. Brookstone and Sharper Image used to carry this type of fan, but I have seen recently. Any ideas? And please do not send stupid comments or hate me live in a trailer. Thanks

Its solution depends on how much to spend and the space available.
