Anyone ever used Hobbit Travel for airline tickets?

Its an agency that sells cheap airfares to Latin America, Minneapolis. The prices are very cheap, but nobody here has had any experience with them?

My parents have used it a few times and have never had problems with them. I think it's better or easier to just book online everything, but my parents are not technologically savy as I am and they prefer to book through of a travel agency out of date. Overall, I think that you should only make your reservations online, but if you prefer to go through a travel agent you should be fine with The Hobbit.
