What is the cheapest and best way to find airline tickets in U.S. Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa?

I'm flying to Monrovia Liberia, sometime in October / November this year and also, in May next year. I know people who have traveled there and got tickets decent for $ 1500 or less, but all entries come through at least $ 2400 in forward. Does anyone know a good site or travel agent?
