What do you think of the Marival Resort and Suites?

I recently won (Yup it's true that I won a trip for free, WOOHOO !!!!) a trip to Puerto Vallarta, including airfare, stay at the Marival Resort & Suites. I have checked several review websites of the hotel, and most they receive very good reviews. I've never been in an all-inclusive holiday before that, my question (s) is: What does "all included "mean? Includes all meals, drinks and alcohol? What if I get hungry in the middle of the night: What if I want top shelf liquor? What if I want a drink while I'm at the pool? Do employees genuinly not expect a tip? Any information would be much appreciated.

All inclusive means which includes all meals and drinks. Not a bad way to go when on vacation, you know exactly what you can afford. We stayed in a February time share past and was not AI, kinda scary when we got the liquor bill in the box! Most places have top shelf liquor. I remember seeing the Don''t Marival, but I'm sure it's nice. You can drink at the pool or anywhere else for that matter. Employees do not expect tips, but if you tip a couple of dollars now and then will go a long way for excellent service. It takes about 1 $ for bills. Btw I'm totally jealous. Have fun and drink Piss in a daisy in the center of PV for us!
