Has anyone been in Cusco?
my husband and I are planning our trip to Peru. We vist Cusco. some of my friends tell me that only passage Air Lima to Cusco in book form and find a local agency in Cusco for the tour, said it is the cheapest way to buy in Lima. any suggestions? thanks!
What his friends are suggesting is perfect! Do not worry, because you'll have no trouble finding an agency or tour in Cusco. However book your ticket in advance could be a good idea, good only 2 airlines fly from Lima to Cusco (Lan and Taca, Lan, but tends to be cheaper equally good and often has some promotions). I'm going to Peru again later this year and already bought my ticket to Cuzco with Lan just made sure to buy your ticket on the website Peruvian and not international, they tend to cost almost double tickets! If you prefer to have all your travel plans you could try llamapath (http://www.llamapath.com/) they are great! I went with them on the Inca trail and everything was perfectly organized.
