new air travel security rules

I am flying from New York JFK to Miami by air and can tell me what to expect at the security checkpoint?
So I'm going tomorrow morning and I have not traveled since 9 / 11 and I'm not sure about the new rules in the area of detection. I am planning to light clothing such as trousers with a shirt capris my favorite shirt and flip flops. Will have to leave my feet that will be shown walking barefoot makes me think that the metal detector? What else should I put in X-ray machine if you know that I could be in transport? I would appreciate it if you tell me through their experiences. Thank you.
Not much who really cares for domestic flights. You'll have to remove his slippers and put them through X-ray machine, along with anything else metal keys (, coins, etc.) and then single step through the metal detector and retrieve their stuff in the container at the other side. I will assume they have a digital camera, so it will not be damaged at all by X-rays, the same with iPods, etc. You can be swept from head to toe with a rod of exploration, "but usually only if you is randomly selected by what they called "additional screening", which takes 2 minutes tops. Fairly simple, really simple.
